Anne Abramson-Madden is currently a doctoral student at UC Berkeley's School of Social Welfare, where she received her M.S.W. degree in 2002. Ms. Abramson-Madden currently provides technical assistance to counties involved in Annie E. Casey's Family to Family Initiative. Her interests include child and family policy, child maltreatment, community practice, and poverty, with a focus on research linking administrative data sets, program evaluation, and mixed-method studies. Her previous research experience includes studies on welfare reform, child welfare practice, and mental health services use.
