Methodology
Referral and Substantiation Rates
New Beta Dynamic Report System
These reports contain unduplicated counts of children with a child abuse
referral for each analysis year. If a child has more than one referral in a
specific year, they are counted one time in the category of the most severe
occurrence.
Make sure to note the data source of the reports you are using, since data may be updated quarterly, bi-annually, or annually.
